1. Introduction

Welcome to jilix2 (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an online gaming platform operated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Platform is accessible at jilix2.cam and through associated mobile interfaces. jilix2 is fully licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under License Number [PAGCOR-2024-XXX] and operates in full compliance with Philippine gaming laws.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jilix2. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the jilix2 Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of jilix2 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, game-specific rules, or other communications, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by jilix2 management.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the jilix2 Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

jilix2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or any government-issued identification bearing your photograph and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within seven (7) calendar days of request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming sessions. The jilix2 Platform is intended exclusively for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming through jilix2 is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Account Limitations

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jilix2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If jilix2 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have opened or are using more than one account, we reserve the right to immediately close all such accounts, void all related wagers and winnings, and confiscate any remaining balances. This restriction applies regardless of whether the multiple accounts were created intentionally or inadvertently.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use the jilix2 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number.

You agree to promptly update your account information should any changes occur. jilix2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, jilix2 is obligated to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide any documents or information reasonably requested by jilix2 for verification purposes, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. jilix2 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time during the life of your account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify jilix2 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jilix2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your jilix2 account may be made through the payment methods specified on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from authorized Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00).

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider in connection with deposits. jilix2 does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate transaction, or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotions.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Standard processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

jilix2 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jilix2 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is designed to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.

Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jilix2 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other rewards (collectively "Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

jilix2 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of the Bonus terms. This includes, but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems, or any other form of Bonus manipulation.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Each Bonus is intended for individual recreational use only. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. You may not use Bonuses in conjunction with any other account or in coordination with other players.

Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%. Full contribution rates are specified in the terms of each Bonus.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jilix2 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose software has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Random Number Generator (RNG) games operate using certified RNG algorithms that ensure unpredictable and unbiased outcomes.

Game outcomes are determined at the time of play and cannot be altered by jilix2 or any other party after the fact. The Platform does not have the ability to manipulate game results in favor of or against any player.

7.2 Game Rules and Malfunctions

You agree to abide by the rules of each game as presented on the Platform. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules as displayed and the actual game behavior, the official game rules as published by the game provider shall prevail.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts will be void. jilix2 will investigate all reported malfunctions and will take corrective action as appropriate, which may include crediting or debiting your account to reflect the correct outcome.

7.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. jilix2 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without notice. Certain high-value or high-risk players may be subject to individual betting limits at the discretion of jilix2 management.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilix2 Platform. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks without just cause, falsification of documents, or any other form of fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or otherwise manipulating games or outcomes.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player in multiplayer games.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, automated betting systems, or any software designed to play games without human intervention.
• Bonus Abuse: Creation of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or any other scheme designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive source code from any software or games on the Platform.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts other than your own or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by jilix2

jilix2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if such action is required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jilix2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, void outstanding wagers, and cancel any pending withdrawals. Where termination is not due to breach of these Terms or illegal activity, any verified account balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method.

9.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your jilix2 account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Prior to account closure, all active bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be removed. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. You will receive email confirmation once the closure has been completed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem and wish to restrict access to your jilix2 account, you may request a self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. jilix2 offers self-exclusion periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, two (2) years, five (5) years, or permanent exclusion. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jilix2 Platform and all content, services, and games thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jilix2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content accessible through the Platform.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix2, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any unauthorized access to or use of your account; any interruption or cessation of service; any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Platform; or any errors or omissions in any content accessible through the Platform.

In no event shall the total liability of jilix2 to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilix2 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilix2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the property of jilix2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilix2.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

jilix2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is accessible on the Platform. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent (100%) secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

jilix2 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service providers. Your use of third-party services integrated into the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilix2 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jilix2, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilix2 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, whose decision in matters within its jurisdiction shall be final and binding. For disputes outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jilix2.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilix2 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
